Dr. Kevin T. Mullin, DDS

I went too see Dr. Mullin for a possible root canal. The care team performed several 2-D X-rays of the tooth in question. Dr. Mullin, rather unsympathetically, told me that the tooth was unequivocally beyond repair and that it needed to be extracted in a matter of days to weeks. I asked if there was any possible manner in which it could be saved (even if through another provider). He responded (paraphrasing), "And I once wanted to be a horse jockey... You cannot negotiate your way out of this [i.e., having the tooth extracted]." Dr. Mullin spent roughly 5 minutes with me; he appeared to make his diagnosis within seconds of examining the X-rays his assistant took. Total cost: $210.00. I immediately felt that something was not right, so –– immediately afterwards –– I went to another endodontist in the city. I'm glad I did. They performed a 3-D X-ray (much more advanced then Dr. Mullin's 2-D X-rays) and concluded that I am a candidate for root canal therapy (that is, that the tooth can be saved). Importantly, the prognosis that the root canal will be successful longterm is not perfect, but that is still a very far cry from Dr. Mullin telling me that the situation was unequivocally ho

10/10!! Kevin is an amazing endodontist! I would recommend him to everyone. I had a previous endodontist who recommended a tooth extraction, but could not tell me what was wrong with my tooth. I decided to have Kevin check it out as a second opinion. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my tooth and why extraction was necessary. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He also recommended me to the BEST oral surgeon and said he thought I would like her based off my personality and he was so right!!! They also have an awesome salt water tank that calms your nerves! Front desk staff was WONDERFUL as well. Definitely would recommend!!

Dr Mullin and staff have been the best office to work with! They have been nothing less than top notch taking care of me through multiple surgeries and procedures! Texting often to make sure I am okay ect. Highly reccomend to anyone looking to be well cared for!

Words cannot express how professional and incredible Dr. Mullin and the entire staff at the office is towards their patients. Dr. Mullin diagnosed and solved my wife’s root canal infection and helped her to feel relief for the first time in 6 months. In their office, both Ashley and Sheena were incredibly helpful to the point of pushing me in my wheelchair out to our car after my wife’s surgery. I cannot say enough about how they all treated us with kindness and professionalism. Do yourself a favor and go to Dr. Mullin and his staff if you want the best.

My first root canal! Such a relief!! I think I'll be raising my standard for dental care!! I was trying to manage a 11 month old, then road construction so I ended up running behind, but they were very understanding. Receptionists were helpful with paperwork and reminders. The treatment and care was outstanding! Dr. Mullin made me feel so much more confident in the procedure and care. Feeling little to no pain! I haven't had such a positive experience in a while. Thank you so much Dr. Mullin, Sheena/receptionist, and team!!!!
